5 things to do this weekend

Welcome to the second edition of 5 things to do this weekend for our readers in Delhi, the Indian Capital. We always love to hear what you are planning to this weekend in your part of the world !

EAT WITH LIVE MUSIC - Blue Frog ( Deep Blue Orchestra performing today)

Have you ever made your way to the Delhi version of Blue Frog opposite Qutub Minar? Well, it's lovely to say the least! Great acoustics and live music along with a delicious dining experience. But well when you eat there, you have the music which is the focus.

And guess what event is scheduled for today? The Deep Blue Orchestra from Australia. In the words of Tina Kapur at Blue Frog " They muliti-genre, audio-visual, song, dance theatre and instrumental troupe that is a treat to watch" If you have not heard of them watch their video below.

And afterwards, at Blue Frog expect the Sunburn Preparty featuring Protoculture. Stay up for that one too as it is going to be a rocking Friday night here.

PARTY at Kitty Su, The Lalit

Dance your night way this Saturday (1st December) with the commercial club tunes and House at Kitty Su. DJ Mash, DJ Irvin and DJ Flynn. A youthful place to be which can show you how to have a good night. The feel is global and you can expect Kamasutra on the walls. If you can get to 'The List' the special A list access private room, it could be a relevation.

WATCH - The Life of Pi

Director Ang Lee works magic in this one. It's a beautiful visual adventure beyond words and is based on 2001 novel by Yann Martel by the same name. The lead character survives a terrible ship wreck at the Pacific ocean and the magic is in the survival and how it happens.

It is getting rave reviews over the world and we recommend you watch it for the experience and journey it takes you on.

TRY : Hand Craft

We found this inspiration over Pinterest, and had to share it for we loved it. It's a great family activity, deeply personal that could go up on the walls.

Each member dips hand in paint, imprints it on the same paper and signs it. And you get the whole framed. Too easy yet lovely ! We suggest each member picks their favorite color too, that defines them and imprints in it. Could turn out equally interesting.

Have an enthusiastic and fun weekend everyone !
